I am a fourth year students at York University and am currently pursuing my Bachelors Degree of Honours in Political Science. I joined EDA as the Operation Director in its first year of establishment in September 2015. I am responsible for the planning and administering of events. Although I have decided to study politics in school, I have always been passionate about entrepreneurship. One of the most important components of starting a business is to do it with something you are passionate about. For me, that interest is travel and tourism. 

 

My short term goal is to complete my degree and start a career that allows me to travel around the world where as my future ambition is to start a business in the Tourism sector. Taking these goals into consideration, I am expanding my knowledge through EDA by developing my business and operation skills while networking with a diverse set of students and successful guest speakers. I believe the experiences I gain will strengthened my planning and communication skills and prepare me towards my career.
